Gotogate cancels flights and then refuses to refund 9 months and waiting

Gotogate cancelled my flight JHB - LUN 13/06/23 - they STILL haven't refunded me. When I check the site it says "Waiting for Proflight to process the application" I went to Proflight & have email confirmation that they have processed the waiver(within 2 days of the flight cancellation). Yet, I still haven't been paid! Their website is utterly useless and only has a bot to reply saying that my request is still in progress and that there are no updates, that neither the bot nor an agent can help. This is daylight *******. Will NEVER use this travel agency again.
