<p>I booked tickets 2 ticket to ****et for December. I made a mistake and spelled my name incorrectly and they would not help me change it. </p> <p>I have since been trying to cancel my tickets. At first they told me it was R2200 per person, then R3750, then R2500 and now R3800.</p> <p>Been sending emails for days and only when my mom phoned and screamed at them did I receive confirmation of cancellation at a fee of R3800 per ticket and 2 to 8 weeks to refund my money.</p> <p>I don't expect I will see my money again. I am soo upset. </p> <p>This company will turn your travel dreams into a nightmare.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please no one book through cheapflights.co.za or GoToGate. They are *******.</p> <p> </p>
