GOTOGATE and Virgin Atlantic

I had booked my return flight ticket from India to London with GOTOGATE in the month of April 2019. The airlines was Virgin Atlantic operated by Jet Airways. Jet Airways went bust and al flights were canceled. Not our fault for the cancellation but now since April till date I keep calling GOTOGATE customer care, Jet Airwways Customer Care and Virgin Atlantic Airlines and no one wants to take responsibility. So many people have had a problem with GOTOGATE as being ********** then why is this company allowed to continue operating and robbing us innocent people???? Anyone on this forum know how to get my hard earned money back????
