gotofate is tge worst air travel. don't book with them

the worst ever seen air tavel website. i booked 3 tickets gor my family with flexible date. my family missed the flight. when i tried to rebook the flight with them, they said the airline suspended my tickets and I have to call the airline. the airline agent was surprised because the gotogate must solve the problem. i had to call the gotogate many times with no help. i asked them for a refund, they refused eventhough the airline confirm the refund after deduction of no show fees but they stole my money..they unqualified and thives
