DREADFUL DREADFUL DREADFUL - DO NOT USE/TRUST/PAY

GOTOGATE are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a scheduled flight and ended up phoning them 5 times to try and get the flights amended. On and on and on. For a short call for them to the airline to get authorisation for the flights to be changed. It was compounded by me needing to add a newborn infant to the booking, which I could not do until the flight had been changed. Awful service, no communications, call centre in India or somewhere and no autonomy to make decisions for themselves - just constant passing the buck!
