Don't use Gotogate for travel arrangements

Booked a flight, visas were not granted and can't cancel the flight. Client service slow, was able to change flight for 1200 euros on top of ticket price of 1889 euros. Money making scheme giving bad name for KLM and AirFrance. Would definitely not recommend them!
