DON'T USE GOTOGATE FOR BOOKING OF FLIGHT TICKETS

Please do not use this company when buying air tickets - they are a **** and *****'s! We booked a flight through them, the flight was cancelled and we were not informed of the cancellation and when arrived at the airport had to buy another ticket through another airline. They are suppose to process a refund and their 'call center' are placing you on hold every time you call them for assistance. They appear not to be a legitimate agent....
