Dont use Gotogate

They are very quick to take your money, but cancellations due to flight changes are merely impossible. I have been on hold gor over 2 hours today and no answer after being transferred. I have sent nearly 10 mails this week. Automatic replies give times of help, but nver happens or give dates after flight departures. It is totally ridiculous!!!!! They want uou to loose all your money with a do called no show and dont want to refund theor customers. Do not use them!!!!!!
