Don't touch Gotogate S.A.

Recently accidently booked Cape Town/London return, cost 2 1/2 a normal flight, as booked by Arab Agency. R38,900. Swedish H/O no not listed, don't reply to my emails/or answer calls/ nos don't exist. Return flight cancelled by Turkish Air, said would get full refund, Gotogate sent half! I then cancelled outgoing flight. They returned R2400, so lost almost R25,000. Don't use this firm, they should be put out of business. They are ********s, *****sters & theives!!
