Don’t book with gotogate

Worst experience with them ever. Short transit time was given through Qatar airlines, flight was slightly delayed and bus took time to take us to terminal and the flight was missed. Qatar couldn’t put us on another flight as we booked through gotogate and they forced us to book a new flight. They refuse to offer any compensation at all.
