Don’t book through GOTOGATE!

I booked flight tickets through Gotogate from JHB to Victoria Falls. On 25 March a few weeks before the rip my husbakd was in am accodent and in a coma in ICU. I asked for an extension or voucher. They were not willing to help. I phoned the airline directly and they were happy to put the tickets on hold. On 9 April my husband passed away. I asked Gotogate for a refund only for his ticket on compassionate grounds. I sent the Death Certificate more than once and each agent promise they will come back to me. Up to date still no feedback. We already booked and used the other 3 tickets directly through the Airline, so the Airline is not the problem. Gotogate is the problem with no feedbqck
