DISGUSTING SERVICE BY GOTOGATE!!

Just a warning to not use CheapFlights.com and book your ticket via Gotogate.co.za I have booked 5 tickets to Cape Town from JHB. Made sure that the times were 100% correct. The departure time read 06:20 landing 08:30 and the return flight said 17:55 landing 20:00. In this time format. So you take it as 6am in the morning and 17:55 in the evening for return flight? Right? I booked and paid, with confirmation the times changed to departure time as 18:20 in the evening. Now we have a whole day wasted in JHB as we are only flying in the evening instead of the morning as requested. You phone them, hold on for more than an hour for someone to assist you and all they say is sorry on our side it is an evening flight and if you want to change the 5 tickets it will cost you an extra R5000!!! That after paying R9800 for the tickets Cancelling the tickets will cost R2000

Rather book your tickets via the South African airline directly. Why are they anyway involved in South African flights??
