CAUTION - GOTOGATE.CO.ZA APPEARS TO BE A ****. SELLS AIRLINE TICKETS BUT CANNOT BE CONTACTED AFTERWARDS

We booked a ticket online via this travel agent - my son is meant to travel in November 2023. We have now reached out to the agent as my son has to travel earlier due to health reasons. We did book a flexible ticket which would allow us to make changes. With any agent/airline there is normally no hassle. with GOTOGATE you cannot even find a valid phone number or email address. It's impossible to contact this agent to communicate anything around the booked ticket/trip. The chat robot on their website loops endlessly without connecting us with anyone. I'm terribly disappointed in this... we paid lots of money for the ticket.
