Bunch of useless ******

What a pathetic company. I booked flights through them and paid for various additional services (seat reservations, sms and email updates). My flight changed and I was not notified. Upon contacting them, they told me that it was my problem to sort out with the airline directly. What??! I requested a refund for the additional costs because my seats were now different and the sms' and emails received were pointless as the information was I correct. I asked their live chat to sort out this refund as well as on their survey....so refund, no response. What a bunch of ******. Do yourselves a favour and never use them!!!!
