BIG **** PATETIC SERVICE DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM!!!!!

First of all, I wish I had read the reviews on internet about Gotogate before I booked a flight with them. Booked a two way ticket thru Gotogate in February. The flight have been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Since May I am trying to get a refund from Gotogate. This agency is catastrophic for the refund of flights and after approximately 10 months of waiting I still haven't received my refund. They keep on telling you the same old same old story that it takes longer than usual or they will escalate the matter with their refunds team. When calling you will wait 10 to 20 minutes before anyone can assist. I asked if I could speak to a Supervisor but the Supervisor is either always in a meeting or they will ask the Supervisor to call me back, well we know that never happens.
