Beware - *******s, Extremely ********* and unprofessional

The system is extremely unreliable. I was in the process of making a payment and it bombed out. When I refreshed the page my shopping cart was empty. I did not receive a confirmation pop up of my purchase so redid it and have been charged twice. I have called the customer care line and emailed. I have spoken to 3 different customer agents. They refuse to listen and keep placing me on hold. Was informed that there is no supervisor available to assist and that they can only apply the policy which is for me to pay a cancellation fee to cancel one of the flights. This company is ripping people off and use dirty tactics. They keep repeating the policy, do not listen, when asked say a supervisor is not available, put you on hold indefinitely or ask you to call back. I am calling a UK number from Egypt and have spent a few hours trying to resolve the issue with no success.
