Beware of Gotogate - Poor Customer Service

I booked flights through Gotogate, enticed by their seemingly cheap prices, only to encounter numerous issues with their service. 1. Customer Service: The customer service provided by Gotogate has been abysmal. They rely heavily on AI-driven support, which fails to address real issues or provide meaningful assistance. Whenever I faced a problem, the responses were generic and unhelpful. 2. Unresponsive Contact Numbers: I attempted to reach out for assistance using the contact numbers provided (+*** and +***), but these numbers do not work. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to be unable to get in touch with a company when issues arise. 3. Overall Experience: The lack of effective customer support and non-functioning contact numbers have made resolving any issues nearly impossible. I regret not thoroughly researching this company before booking. I strongly advise anyone considering Gotogate for flight bookings to proceed with caution. The promise of cheap tickets may not be worth the potential hassle and frustration of dealing with their ineffective customer service.
