Bad Online flight booking experience!

After eventually getting a contact number from Petra L, I was told that the Airline has a non-refundable cancellation policy. This is a slap in the face after I sent 6 emails to Gotogate, the first 3 within 12 hours of making my booking, informing them of my wish to cancel. The Gotogate website has a technical problem, where telephone numbers and contact details are not visible. I was afforded no recourse or avenue to contact Gotogate to inform them of my wish to cancel immediately. I would have expected a penalty for my wish to cancel the type of air ticket I purchased, but a no-refund policy is simply unacceptable to me. I feel my rights have been infringed, where the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa have been ignored. Somebody will be collecting my fee for nothing in return; I am sure Air Botswana will collect double with my seat being sold to another anyway!
