bad experince from www.gotogate.com customer care department

Actually no star. This site is really a *****. I had booked a ticket from Tallinn to Delhi for 6th of June 2019 but Airline changed timings which were not suitable. I requested to Airline to cancel the tickets they said it's ok you can get a full refund and asked me to talk to the agency which is Gogate.com. and I spoke 6 times to customer care. first, I went for the cancelation team After listening to all she said to go to another person who is responsible for flight cancelation due to airline changes. I called again and spoke to that person she said I can't cancel you can talk to customer care then I called up customer care Swati after listening all she said ok wait for a minute I will connect you to the concerned department and put me on hold. After 15 min I cut the call and called again this time Prateek was there he listened to all and told me this is non-refundable if the airline is saying they will refund get a confirmation mail from them. I called Airline again and she said I am marking your tickets and you can ask the agency to cancel or they can call our help desk if they don't know how to cancel. then again I called up and spoke to Prateek. but sorry to say no response. My God how an agency can be like this. Now tomorrow is my flight and I don't know what should I do and whom should I speak.
