Bad Bad Bad Service

I would like to express my disappointment with Go to Gate/KLM Airlines, from my point of view I will never use Go to Gate again to book tickets and KLM a the airline.

During this difficult times with Covid 19 you would expect the above Companies to be helpful. We had to cancel our tickets and request a voucher to be used at a later date because of restrictions we cannot fly to our destinations but the call centre does not answer your call and you cannot tell me that they are busy every single minute of the day from 8am to 7pm.

There is no help, take my advice and never use either of them, they are quick to help if they want your money but when you need assistance form them they are a no show.

I also don`t understand how KLM will tell you they cannot help if they are the airline we are flying with, surely they will get paid from Go to Gate for our ticket but they cannot help at all, also a bunch of unprofessional people.
