Avoid at all costs

<p>I booked a flight through Cheapflights, Gotogate for the 18th. Lunch time the 17th I called to reschedule for the 20th. I was told it was not a problem they will mail us confirmation within the hour. NOTHING. I called them after that alost every hour during the day and they kept reasuring me it was fine, my flight has been changed. This afternoon I was sent a mail after contacting them stating that due to there booking policys they cant reschedule. Why was I told I can change my flioghts before hand and when my flight leaves and its too late that i cant change it, now i am a no show and forfit all costs when this was not my fault. One star rating it still too much</p>
