AIRLINE TICKET THROUGH GOTOGATE

Never use Gotogate, they are a bunch of ******. They were refunded my money from Emirates Airlines, but failed to notify me for over a year and now still have the cheek to tell me that they have to confirm with Emirates about my refund and will deduct R550 for administration costs. Their support and help line always comes back wrong address. this company needs to be reported.
