..absolute rip-off, take it or leave it assist

..when using their booking set-up my intended flight was somehow flipped so departure and destination were reversed - and although I immediately called them, all I got was an unusual rude explanation that either I forget about the flight i paid for or rebook it at a cost that was as high as what my card was debited for the initial flipped flight...and yes, I had included the option for changing my flights at extra cost.

Don't ever get stuck with these people..! they'll rip you off by default instead of being helpful...holding them answerable to booking glitches seems impossible.
