a NO GO for Gotogate flight resevations South Africa!!!!

Firstly their 24H customer care line after hours never gets answered , waited almost 2H with 4 calls just to fail every time.Changed a flight date and and paid an expensive R2800 , money was instantly deducted from my account and never got a confirmation for flight details. The following day I had to call them to get the confirmation details with dates and times as I needed it urgently to make another flight reservation.Upon receiving flight details I only recognized that the flight that I agreed on for 13:00pm was now 18:45pm. I phoned customer care and was told that they first have to listen to the recording of the call and only then in 24H time it will be fixed. Now their problem becomes mine and I have to make additional plans with my employee in Zimbabwe to come back to South Africa. The service is pathetic and will never use them again.
