6 months and still waiting for my refund

I was supposed to go to New York on 09 June but due to the covid pandemic the flight was cancelled. The airline cancelled the flight not me. I contacted the airline and they said they are offering refunds but since I booked through an agent I need tp get my refund from them. I have tried to contact the agent Gotogate via email and telephone on numerous occasions, but all I get are automated responses via email and telephone. It has been 6 months and I still have not yet received my refund. They say they are waiting on the airline to process the refund application and the airline won’t tell if that has happened and I need to speak to the agent.
