3months for a refund

I bought tickets in June/July through this site and had to cancel my flight as my visa was not out in time. I have been waiting for my refund from the company for over 3 months already. They have received the refund from the airline but are not paying me out.

This is ridiculous and I will never use this or recommend this agency to anyone
