3 months of waiting for a refund due to flight cancellation due to an act of God

I concur 100% with most of the posts here. Recent weather cancellation by Loganair booked through gotogate was not reimbursed in Oct and I am still on the back and forth with them.

If I had booked directly with Loganair I would have my money back for the flight that was never flown.

I would not recommend gotogate to anyone for booking ease and especially when issues arise. This should be the basics of the 3rd party groups business model to provide a service that is worth it to their customers and to help when you need help.

No one wants to pay a third party for a lot of run around. Nevermore.
