Gotogate travelling agency has a bad service, their employees are incompetence including supervisor (their leader). My friend Nomhlekazi Gumede missed her flight yesterday from O.R Tambo to Quarter because of their fault. We were at the airport from 10:30 to 19:00 waiting them to rectify their error on her airline Ticket. Gotogate agent mistakenly make changes on Nomhlekazi's Ticket but that changes was supposed to be done on the other passanger who was travelling along with Nomhlekazi. So that passanger had two active airline Ticket on her name but Nomhlekazi hadn"t. They were failed to fix that small error. I would like to.advice airline travellors to check rewiews first before they can make business or services of companies. Nomhlakazi got job at UK and supposed to be there by Monday but she is still here in South Africa because of Gotogate travelling agency.
