Petsitting leading to neglect of animals

As much as I wish I didnt have to write this. It has come down to this. What I thought was a trusting petsitting company who is all about animal welfare..Turned into my biggest nightmare. The pet sitter who is names Anastasia Hayes was recruited to us for 4 days. I had to constantly ask for updates on my animals...I kept receiving the same images of my pets...she gave me the same update everyday which Turned out to be a lie.

When we returned...my chameleon was edges away from death...severely dehydrated,starved,stressed and weak. My dogs had been locked up,my house was in a mess. She even went as far as going through my dresses for my photography,wearing it all and posting on social media that she is a brand ambassador. She dug through my draws..she even had her boyfriend over which was not in the contract signed..and the list goes on.

I was told I have to get a vet report but I cannot transport my chameleon due to egg laying.

I am heartbroken and shocked. I am still trying to get my chameleon back to health.

Apology only goes so far...but damage is done. I have no words to Express the disappointment and anger I feel right now.
