They don't bother to refund you when they promise!

I booked a shark cage dive in December for the 30th . The weather was bad and the company and Paul tried to see if they could fit me on another day but sadly they were full. Accordingl to their own policy they say they will refund you if they cannot set a follow up day. I was then promised 3 times over email I would be refunded and nothing has happened. My emails are being ignored and nothing is happening. I have had to send a letter of demand as well and further actions to follow if this is not resolved.<br> <br> It comes down to basic principle that if you running a company and promise to refund then refund the person nd avoid these legal processes. <br> <br> I just want my money back please Paul
