No Refunds

We Booked to go Cage diving the first week of June and we were told the day before we were meant to go on our trip that the Dive had to be canceled due to bad weather. They then called us on the Friday once we were back in Joburg to say we could potentially do it that day????? It was then agreed and confirmed that we would get a Refund and it has now been 3 weeks with no sign of a Refund in sight???? I would strongly recommend that people do not book through this company as it seems all a bit suspicious and very much like a ****.
