No Refund

Hello . I Herbert Schmitz booked a trip with Gosharkdiving for 5th Sept 2015 for 2 Persons. Booking was done on the 5th Nov 2014 and we had to pay full price -- 4600 rand -- upfront. Due to extremely bad reports on Trip Advisor I cancelled our trip on the 27th July 2015 and got an email response on the 29th July that a refund will be processed on the 31.7.2015. Sadly nothing happened.So if you can?t help me I think our money will be losses .<br> Regards <br> Herbert Schmitz
