Don't - care attitude

I have booked and paid more than 6 weeks ago. Tanya e-mailed me less than 12 hours before the trip with the lame excuse and lie saying the trip was cancelled due to bad weather. Such a lie! Then Tanya promised us a secure re-booking for 3 days later. Once again Tanya mailed me less than 13 hours before the next trip saying that there were no space for us on this trip. We are shocked by the way this so-called professional company handles people. They obviously makes enough money and don't care a bit about the customer. Why were they over-booked in the 1st place and **** to us by saying the wind will be too strong while the wind in Gansbaai was blowing between 10 and 15 km's per hour. These people think we are stupid.<br> My advice is that you should rather book with companies that have TripAdvisor feedback and also: don't go for the cheapest. You will just end up being **** to and disappointed.
