Goscor generators

My name TK I wanted to buy a silent inveter generator and I called Goscor and they recommended a rato generator. I was looking for a 5 5kva but when I got they sold me some other Chinese make. Paid around R32k. Got home tested the generator. It was so noisy that I brought it back the following afternoon. They recommended a rato which was R11k cheaper. I took that one. Its 2 months now I have been fighting for my refund. Everytime I call there's a new reason why the payment was not made. I have called Brent several times and he promises someone from the accounts department will call me back and that never happens. Such a terrible service. Take your business elsewhere
