Bad service

Last year July i bought a carpet cleaning machine and i paid an amount of R19 000 including delivery that was R250 to Mthatha for my company Morale cleaning services. A sale was made by Ilze in PE branch. I tried working with the machine and pipes were coming out no matter how cold the water was. When I contacted Ilze, she was so arrogant telling me that it is not their fault there is nothing she can do. The machine i bought with so much money. I am tired of fighting as no one in that office including a Siyabonga Mtshengu are never willing to help me. Who buys something for it to seat and collect dust.
