Is Goronwy a legit company?

I paid for 2 pairs of sneakers in May from this shop that I thought was Wish on Facebook (it was not Wish) but was later told that I was going to be refunded because there was a lot of orders for the same sneakers. I have been struggling to get my money back for 2 months now. The emails are automated, basically after taking my money no one is available to speak with me.
