This place is a **** , we bought a guitar 4 month ago and still havent got it, we then asked for a refund and still havent got it they full of excuses, i really hope one day someone will treat them the same way.. i paied alot of money... and emails keep changing, then they say its gupylab.com and then ***.. its bad... this guitar was suppose to be my birthday present in may.. and i still have no refund or them sorting out this problem
