Rude, Unpleasant, Unprofessional, Arrogant Staff

Gorimas Sandton City Pathetic Customer Service!!! I purchased masala on the 1st of September 2023, opened tHe bag a few days later, realised that the masala was extremely bitter after cooking 2 curries for my clients and for my own home, the colour of my food was extremely pink, called the store the very next day to complain, I was told to bring back the masala, when I got to the store the staff could not help and instead called the marketing manager who is extremely unprofessional , rude and arrogant, I was told that the masala has to be sent back to durban for testing, I personally called Mr Ajay at head office and explained my concerns, he promised to return my call in a few minutes whilst I was still in the mall, a whole week later and NO CALL, I left my highly inflated R230 for a 1kg masala at the store with no luck of resolving the issue....
