Rude staff

Went to the store this afternoon at 16.50 Security and Manageress Ronika rudely close the door on us Refuses to chat with us on request Only allows us in after I loudly made it known to her that it was still 7 minutes before closing time. Made me feel embarrassed. Manageress and security is absolutely rude and inconsiderate We use our petrol and effort get to the store before closing time of 17.00 pm and is refused entry.
