Poor Service

I attempted returning hair colour shampoo that I had purchased 3 days prior. The one returns policy states cosmetic goods cannot be returned and at the same counter it says goods will be accepted if returned in original condition (mine was in original condition) The lady that said she was the area manager very impolitely refused to accept the hair dye back. Furthermore she called the Ushaka store that I purchased the same product R15 cheaper and unprofessionally in my and the presence of other customers angrily addressed the issue of why they sold the item cheaper and remarked that the cashier in question will have to pay back the R15 as she had undercharged me. I have been a customer of Gorima's stores for a very long time and so are most of my families. I find this totally ********* and for a R75 refund Gorima's will be losing customers that spend thousands of rands in their stores.
