INFERIOR QUALITY OLIVE POTS

On 04/08/2014 i purchased an olive pot from the above store for an amt of R459.99.I did my daily cooking with the pot and was very satisfied.In January 2015,i went on holiday to a self catering chalet,i took my pot along to use it there.at the resort,i did not use my pot as there were several non stick pots available.I DID NOT REMOVE MY POT FROM THE BOOT OF MY CAR,IT WAS IN THE BOOT FOR 2 DAYS.On our departure i noticed pot was warped on one side,i was shocked and asked if anyone had taken pot out,all were shocked as i was.I assumed it must have been the heat,cause i had seen other new pots i n boxes already warped in the store.I took pot to the store,i was accused by roshini of dropping pot,I WAS DEVASTATED as i was innocent,the pot never fell,spoke to manager MR ARSHAAD MOHAMED,also got same response,i was told manufacturer is in INDIA so pot can be sorted out.i only wanted them to sort warped pot,but was accused falsely,was loyal customer,will not support now
