Horrible service at Gorimas

Yesterday when I visited Gorimas Musgrave I was shocked to see the store in such a mess. Everything was so untidy. As you enter the shelves had oats thrown about. It looked like a *** sty.

The staff also don't seem to have any product knowledge as the sales lady who assisted me told me that the store does not sell Jamun Powder however as i continued to do my shopping I found the said powder on a shelf on the back. Further more she asked me to read from the chart what the powder does as she didn't know. What really upset me though is that the store was still selling products that were expired in August 2018. They don't seem to mind that it has health implications. The staff also have no clue whether their tea machine is operational or not.

The staff at Musgrave were also not friendly. Its sad to see how low Gorimas standards have become. Please be careful when shopping at Gorimas as you never know if you might be buying an expired product.
