The shop was very busy at Saturday lunchtime.There was a very long queue at the checkout. A guy walks in places an order and is allowed to jump the queue to make payment. He takes an eternity to pay by cash for a small purchase.When questioned a staff member says that the guy works at the mall and has limited time for a break. How convenient! If there are ten such people must the customers wait forever? The staff member apologised but the store manager didn't. I was totally upset at this inconsiderate treatment. At other times as well , one till is.closed off for cashuo while we in the queue wait forever to be attended to by the remaining cashier.
