Gorimas uShaka bad service

I didnt like the service I received, the level of unneeded sarcasm and coerciveness is appalling. I walk in there knowing what I want and the lady gave me options, next thing I know shes deceived me into paying a higher price than what she had offered to weigh the spice for. Respecting customers is important, now just to gain a few rands extra you have forfeited an entire loyal customer who would have brought you even more money than what you gained today! Never setting foot there again as you believe you are superior to and judge customers on their ethnicity/appearance. This rating should be -5/5 but theres no option for that.
