Gorimas online Stalling my Refund, absolutely poor service

I purchased from the Gorimas online store. They sent me incorrect items, not what I ordered plus The packaging was all damaged. They packed perishables with Camphor in the same box and everything has that Camphor smell.

I have been struggling with them for 2 weeks now to get a refund and for the wrong items to be fetched. They have no customer service s****s and they always dropping the calls.

I have proof off the items I have ordered and what was sent. I also have proof of my conversation to them on my what's App for the past 2 weeks were I am constantly asking them about my refund. R504 is a big amount especially in this pandemic.

Please assist with helping me get my refund. They are pushing me from pillar to post with false feedback. They contact number is ***
