GORIMAS BALLITO STINKS

On 23 December, one of the busiest days, it was more important for Gorimas staff in Ballito to do stock taking than serve customers. There was only 1 cashier and a queue of customers waiting to pay while all other staff were busy with stock.

When speaking to the manager, Magdalene was rude and did not even answer me, just turned around and spoke to staff.

There is something horribly wrong at the Ballito store - it used to be a lovely place, but now they are frequently out of stock, service is slow and the attitude of management stinks.
