Disregard for a customer

I have never received such bad service in my life. On Friday the 20th February I stopped by at Gorima's Gateway. I went into the store to buy a product that I had no idea what it looked like because I had been asked by a friend to o and get it. So I walked inside the shop and went straight to the front cashier who at the time was weighing popcorn seeds, she was also chatting to another staff member who had her back to me when I walked in. I simply greeted and excused myself but the lady dared not turn around, and the one who was at the \scale"ignored me like I was not even there and continued to talk about BBM and whatever else the conversation was about. I must've called out 3 times to them before resorting to tapping the lady in front of me on the shoulder"
