Disgusting customer service

Shocking online service!

I’ve been trying for a week to place my order with Gorimas via their WhatsApp number because their site doesn’t have pictures and keeps crashing.

I receive one or two messages a day max! I did mention that I need the requested order to be placed as soon as possible but they haven’t even responded to me for two days now.

Google maps say that they have a store in Midrand, I drove all the way to find out that they don’t have a store and I’m unable to access their website.

I “placed” my order, if I can even call it that and after giving them my delivery address they went awol! Not even a quote for the items or banking details!!!!
