Deeply disgusted
Good day I bought samoosas and chilli bites from Gorimas Pavillion today and I am extremely shocked at the quality of the food I purchased. Both the samoosas and chiili bites are hard as rock and look like they've been lying on your shelves for days. The chilli bites are actually black in colour !! I am willing to forward you pictures as proof of this. I did not care to look at the items before I purcahsed them because I don't expect any store to sell food of this disgusting quality. I am a frequent customer of Gorimas and have never had any issues with their food until today !! This is not the quality of food I expect from Gorimas and I am extremely disappointed that my once favorite spice shop is no longer 1 I would willingly visit! Please escalate this to your management team for further investigation. I would like to receive a response regarding this pathetic purchase. Thank you
