Damaged item delivered

I ordered online and it was delivered way earlier than I expected, despite me living in a non-metropolitan area. However, one item on my order was spilled. Items are not packaged properly. I reported this and they said they’d contact me but I never heard back from them.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from here. Items are affordable but the customer service is horrible.
